for a couple, there is also a sofa-bed in the living room and one more
other spare bed.

far from the center of Rome: you can reach the Colosseum 
in 15 minutes or St. Peter in 20 minutes on the underground. The nearest
underground stations are Pietralata (10 minutes walk) and Monti Tiburtini
(5 minutes by bus).
It
